This two-day white water course is designed to asses your leadership skills what is required to lead a group of competent paddlers on class 2 and (3) white water in moderate conditions.
Safety, leadership and group skills are important elements of the leader award and will be covered throughout the course. Your river running skills will also become more fluid as you develop your ability to link strokes together to suit a variety of situations.
The award is a leadership award not a coaching award.
