Service Description
The WW Canoe leader is open to anyone with experience of paddling in moderate grade 2 (3) conditions. The award will enable you to lead fun, safe and enjoyable white water trips for groups of paddlers. You will be supported to develop your personal and leadership skills during training, with like-minded paddlers. Alternatively, if you have sufficient experience you could go straight to assessment. This award is also used by clubs, outdoor centres and organisations to support their journeys in moderate white water environments. As a Leader, you can work independently or be deployed by a club, centre or organisation to lead trips and journeys. The purpose of these trips may be wide ranging from educational experiences, social adventures or trying something new. Pre_requisites To get the best from your training course: You will need to feel comfortable to paddle in moderate white water grade 2(3) environments. Basic tradional skills like poling and lining Attend a white water safety course before or after training. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions of Booking Should you cancel, the following scale of charges will apply: Cancellation more than 60 days before the course starts - loss of deposit. (15% of the course total cost) Between 31 and 59 days before the course starts - loss of 60% of the total course cost Less than 30 days before the course starts - loss of 100% of the total course cost. Should we cancel, the following scale of charges will apply: 100% of the total course cost refund Any refunds via a pay pay payment lose 4% pay pal fee that they take for the transaction
