Service Description
Become an Advanced Canoe White Water Leader! Do you want to lead a group of canoeists on grade 3(4) white water? Are you a canoeist or do you have experience paddling in advanced rivers? Do you want to support your club? If so, the Advanced Canoe White Water Leader Award could be for you! Typically run over two days, the Advanced Canoe White Water Leader training course will support the development of your personal skill level and leadership ability to lead a group of paddlers on grade 3(4) white water. The training covers four key areas: Personal paddling skills Rescue skills Safety, leadership and group skills Theory HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE TRAINING COURSE? To get the most from your optional training course, you will need to feel comfortable in a canoe and be able to paddle on advanced rivers. We would recommend being at the Advanced Canoe Award level before booking onto your training. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions of Booking Should you cancel, the following scale of charges will apply: Cancellation more than 60 days before the course starts - loss of deposit. (15% of the course total cost) Between 31 and 59 days before the course starts - loss of 60% of the total course cost Less than 30 days before the course starts - loss of 100% of the total course cost. Should we cancel, the following scale of charges will apply: 100% of the total course cost refund Any refunds via a pay pay payment lose 4% pay pal fee that they take for the transaction
